Security Installation Technician
Job Description
Netranom is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking a Security Installation Technician to join a team of technology professionals in its Hurricane, WV office. This position will consist of installation and technical support for IP video surveillance and card access control systems.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Installation, programming and maintenance of security systems
- End user training and support
- Cabling and complete infrastructure buildouts
- Software installation and troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of camera and card access control systems
- Security equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Copper cabling installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to remain in contact with the client thru the completion of the incident.
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
- Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
- Willingness to develop professionally.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job.
- Relative certifications a plus. Candidate should have 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Salary range will depend on skill level and experience. This position is available immediately.

Telephony Installation Technician
Job Description
Netranom is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking a Telephony Installation Technician to join a team of technology professionals in its Hurricane, WV office. This position will consist of installation and technical support for PBX, VOIP and hosted telephony solutions.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Installation, programming and maintenance of telephony systems.
- End user training and support
- Cabling and complete infrastructure buildouts
- Software installation and troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of Avaya IP Office and other Avaya products
- VOIP/Voice equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair

IT Field Technician
Job Description
Netranom is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking a IT Field Technician to join a team of technology professionals in the Hurricane, WV area. This position will consist of managing networks by traveling to local client sites to design, implement and maintain customer's networks. Candidate will work with sales staff and clients to continually update and enhance customer networks.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
Installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, server administration, virus protections, data security, data backup, router configuration and install, firewall maintenance, etc.
- Company vehicle provided. (Good driving record necessary.)
- Salary range will depend on skill level and experience.
- This position is available immediately.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer relationship skills. Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail. Intermediate knowledge in routers, switches, and other networking devices.
- General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks.
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications.
- Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident.
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
- Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships. Willingness to develop professionally.
